WASHINGTON – The Federal Reserve late Sunday opened a program to ship U.S. dollars to Europe in a move to head off a broader financial crisis on the continent.
Other central banks, including the Bank of Canada, the Bank of England, the European Central Bank, the Swiss National Bank and the Bank of Japan also are involved in the dollar swap effort.
The move comes after the European Union and International Monetary Fund pledged a nearly $1 trillion defense package for the embattled euro, hoping to calm jittery markets and halt attacks on the eurozone's weakest members. The ECB also jumped into the bond market Sunday night, saying it is ready to buy eurozone bonds to shore up liquidity in "dysfunctional" markets.

5000億當然唔夠，單單一個希臘就三千幾億外債，但暫時有隱定作用，所以股市應會彈一彈，跟住要睇老美點做，若燒埋西班牙，就會危機重現。
睇住，呢5千億點用又會再嘈一輪，係借俾左銀行先，等佢地去買歐豬債券，定係直接由歐央行去買？分別好大，由銀行去買，將來有人違約，銀行要自已搞店，若由央行去買，咁再出事歐羅就Byebye。
5000億當然會先買歐豬國債，俾左d就快到期既債券先，5月19日希臘先有第一批，跟住陸續有來。所以歐羅會反彈(又睇下丁Sir講既歐羅彈金就跌的推論岩唔岩？)，美金會跌，美債會跌，美債息會升，港股應會因為迴避美元跌風險而升。
我而家係擔心英囯大選後会唔会出現另一个債務危机同老美告高成單野.

綜合來看美股急跌千點看來非錯盤也非一定造市,而是
根本上就係恐慌拋售,所以歐盟先被迫咁做.
5000億或者不夠,但歐央行巳係不顧道德了,
到時要幾多印幾多,世上又多一間美聯儲啦!!

那這些錢又是由歐洲央行印出來的吧??
詳情仲要等多d消息出(聽日報紙會有)，但初步了解，都係透過印銀紙方式購入國債，所以歐元反彈應唔會好耐，好快又會再跌過。
王元山今晚係電視話，係通過印銀紙支持基金，而法國更係發債集資出一分力，即係發債去買希臘債券(即係問人借錢再借俾人，出賣自已信用)。而詳細救助內容仍未公佈晒。但市場已開始質疑歐央銀的獨位性，今日記招上已有記者寸特里謝係唔係受政治壓力？
不過問題好複雜喎!!
各國話出錢組基金姐,但有幾多個真係有錢出??
好多不是太細就係等錢用,仲邊有得出??
如果歐豬五國唔駛做,只要發債比歐央行買就有錢駛,
咁其他國家又肯不肯??
所以好多野仲係傾緊，聽講連老美聯儲局都有份出錢，有d國家就發債集資，如意法，而家最重要係解決燃眉之急，先擊退班炒家，所以成件事愈來愈凶險，聽日應該會多好多資料及評論。

因為係用歐盟條約去集資，唔使德國通過，一樣要去馬(連英國都要夾錢，因條約佢都有份簽，應承如歐洲出事會幫拖)，唔知係唔係咁，德財長開會中途差d雲低，要送醫救治。(都幾好笑)

我諗差唔多，可能仲多d都唔定，但唔似美國要俾利息聯儲局，且阿爺銀行全為國營，要控制信貸易好多，效果好唔一樣的。
歐元美元可以互控嗎?
